THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2006
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 10:00 A.M.,
Tuesday, June 6, 2006, in the Community Room at the Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street,
Richmond, Indiana. In attendance were Board Members John Kenny, Dian Lawson and Mary Jo
Flood. Also attending was Assistant City Attorney Kenyatta Cox.
The following business was conducted:
CALL TO ORDER
Kenny called the meeting to order and noted for the minutes that all board members and legal
counsel were present.
This was a special meeting that was held for the board to have a discussion and to establish
finding of facts for a dog hearing that was held on Thursday, June 1, 2006. The board found that
the dogs in question were dangerous and vicious. These findings will be read at the regular
Board of Public Works and Safety meeting that will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2006.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed unanimously. The
meeting was adjourned.
