AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
DONALD 9. NORBUTf P.E.~ C.bl.E., of T&M ASSOCIATES AS THE
BOROUGH ENGINEER FOR THE YEAR 2002
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET, THAT
WHEREAS, on January 1, 2002, Donald J. Norbut of T&M Associates was
appointed as the Borough Engineer for the year 2002; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to have a contract document which spells out
the terms and conditions of the employment of the Borough Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Council,
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the
attached contract, marked Exhibit "A" for the engineering services of
Donald ]. Norbut and T&M Associates be and hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the Borough of
Carteret.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a notice of this resolution and award
of contract shall be published as required by law.
Adopted this 17th day of January, 2002
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 18, 2002.
