A RESOLUTIOY OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAIM, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING"
THE TOWN MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH THE RECON-
STRUCTION AND PAVING OF PORTIONS OF POLO
DRIVE AND BANYAN ROAD AS DESCRIBED HEREIN-
AFTER.
WHEREAS, the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream,
Florida, did on the 11th day of February, 1972, by Resolution No.
1 -721 determine to proceed with the re- construction and paving of
that part of Polo Drive lying between Banyan and Old School Roads;
also re-surfacing of those portions of Banyan Road extending 200
feet both easterly and westerly from the center -line of said Polo
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Resolution providing therefor has been duly
posted on the Bulletin Board at the Town Hall in Gulf Stream for
at least two weeks and a copy thereof mailed to the owners of each
lot or parcel of land abutting on the rights -of -way set forth and
described hereinabove, and which further provided that the Town
Commission would sit in the Town Hall in the Town of Gulf Stream,
Florida, at 9:00 o1clock A.M., E.S.T., on the 21st day of March,
19721 for the purpose of hearing objections, if any, on said pro-
posed improvements set forth herein, and determined basis for the
sharing of the total cost thereof as outlined in said Resolution
No. 1 -72 passed and adopted in regular session on the eleventh day
of February, 1972, and
WHEREAS, no sufficient objections have been made to such
proposed improvements:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of
the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, that the Town Manager be and he
is hereby instructed to proceed with Street Improvements herein -
above described and in accordance with the plans and specifications
heretofore filed with the Town Clerk in the Town Hall and which
have remained open for the inspection of all interested persons.
