APPOINTING SPECIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
(SLED II)
WHEREAS, there is a need for Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLED II) in the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the
following is hereby appointed Special Law Enforcement Officer (SLEO II)
Harpreet Kaur
Alexander Pires
Yeudy Rodriguez
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be implemented in accordance
with the Borough's established hiring procedures for such positions and as provided by
law effective July 12, 2019 pending successful completion of fitness evaluation.

and certified as a true copy of the
