Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer
of the newspaper(s) known as
South Crow River News
and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the re-
quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was pub-
lished in the newspaper once each week for
one successive week(s); it was first published

Public Notice
The city council of the city of Medina
ha. adopted Ordinance No. 447, an
a endment to the city's open burning
or finance. The ordinance requires a
pe mit for all open burning except camp-
fir:s and fires in a grill, camp stove or
of er device intended for cooking.
So e permits may be issued by the
M:dina fire warden. Other permits may
be issued by the fire warden but only
aft r approval from the state forest offi-
ce . Burning of household waste is not
pe mitted. Burning of other specified
m.terials is also prohibited. Except in
the case of prairie management fires,
bu ning must be kept 600 feet from oc-
cu pied houses unless permission is first
ob ained from the owners. All burning
m st be conducted in a safe manner
an subject to permit limitations. In any
ca.e in which a permit has been re-
vo ed for violation of its conditions, no
su sequent permit may be issued with-
ou an inspection of the site and the pay-
m:nt of an inspection fee. The fu!! text

cit hall during regular business hours.
