RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
AMENDING POLICY FOR THE DUPLICATION AND
DISSEMINATION OF AGENDAS, SUPPORTING MA-
TERIALS, AND OTHER RECORDS OF THE DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Park District does resolve as follows:
That Section 2 of the Policy for the Duplication and
Dissemination of Agendas, Supporting Materials, and Other
Records of the District is amended to read as follows:
2. Supporting Materials (reports, resolutions,
nonconfidential written communications to
the board, and other informational materials
not previously published or distributed).
All available supporting materials may be
obtained upon request by public agencies,
newspapers in the District, and members of
the public at the District office, 745
Distel Drive, Los Altos, by 9:00 a.m. Monday
preceding the regular meeting, and 24 hours
before a special meeting. The following
charges will be applicable: public agencies,
newspapers, members of the public - no charge
if available, otherwise cost of reproduction.
