RESOLUTION NO. 2000-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR RIVER VILLAGE
(APPLICATION NO. 93-004)
WHEREAS, the Town Council on April 24, 1994 approved with conditions a tentative tract map for
the River Village subdivision; and
WHEREAS, a final map ~vith all required statements, certificates, and signatures has been submitted
to the Town for filing; and
WHEREAS, the final map substantially conforms with the approved tentative map, all conditions of
the tentative map have been met or adequately bonded, and the final map conforms with all applicable
requirements of Subdivision Map Act and Town Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, street, water, and sewer infrastructure improvements for the subdivision have not been
completed, but the subdivider has entered into an agreement that is mutually agreeable to the Town whereas
the subdivider will complete the improvements at the subdivider's expense and such improvements are secured
by a performance bond.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TRUCKEE, that the Final Map for River Village (Application No. 93-004) is hereby approved for filing with
the office of the Nevada County Recorder, and the Mayor, Town Engineer, and Town Surveyor are authorized
to sign said Final Map as directed herein and provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the offers of dedication for those strips of land shown and
designated as "Public Utility Easement" are hereby accepted for public use, and the offers of dedication for
those strips of land shown and designated as "Riverview Drive, River Loop, Village Way and Crestview
Drive" and as "Multi-Purpose Easement" are hereby rejected with the right to accept these items at a later date.

The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Truckee,
held on the 17th day of February, by Councilmember Drake who moved it's adoption, which motion duly
seconded by Councilmember Florian was upon roll call carried and the Resolution adopted by the following
vote:
