AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 484 -6 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A USER CHARGE SYSTEM
IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE II, SECTION 207 -18 -D shall be amended to include previous amendments:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE #84 -6 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A USER CHARGE SYSTEM
IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX"
This ordinance amends Ordinance #84-6 which established a User Charge
System in the Borough of Carteret setting fees and rates. The foregoing or-
dinance was introduced at a meeting of the Council of the Borough of
Carteret held July 18, 2019 when it was adopted on first reading. The said
ordinance will be further considered on second reading for final adoption
at a meeting of said Council of the Borough of Carteret on August 22, 2019
at approximately 6:00 P.M., Borough Hall /Council Chambers, 61 Cooke Ave-
nue, Carteret, New Jersey at which time and place all persons interested will
be given an opportunity to be heard.
