APPROVING LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR
CARMELA POGORZELSKI
WHEREAS, Carmela Pogorzelski, Assistant Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Carteret
has made the formal request for a Leave of Absence, without pay, for a period of one (1)
year commencing September 1, 2019 in order to assume the duties of Acting Municipal
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, said request for a Leave of Absence is made pursuant to N.J.S. 11:24A -6.1
and N.J.A.0 4A:6 -1.1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the request for
said Leave is approved and a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to the New
Jersey Civil Service Department.
Adopted this 22 Day of August, 2019 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
August 23, 2019.
