The Mayor said that his reason for ca _ling this special meeting
of Council was to sk for authority to borrow 3000.00 to meet
a casual deficiency„ so on moti: n of Mr. Walt hour that the Mayor
be empowered to borrow 3000.00 seconded ;cy •?r. Wispy the following
resolution was passed;
