RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DIS-
TRICT AFFIRMING ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT OF
REAL PROPERTY AND CORRECTING PROPERTY
DESCRIPTION IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, b_y, its Resolution No. 74-23 the Board of Directors
of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District accepted a certain
gift of real property, and
WHEREAS, the property description affixed thereto and to the
deed inadvertently omitted a small portion of real property
intended to be conveyed thereby,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Park District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the Midpenin-
sula Regional Park District does hereby accept the gift of
real property described on Exhibit A, affixed hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof, and conveyed by that cer-
tain gift deed from Paul M. Chesebrough and Nessie E. Chese-
brough to the Midpeninsula Regional Park District dated October
15, 1974.
The President of the Board is authorized to execute
a certificate of acceptance with respect thereto.
Section 2. In all other respects the provisions of
said Resolution No. 74-23 are approved, ratified and confirmed.
