A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM M-1 TO R-4 MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property containing approximately 20.90 acres
southeast of South 52" d Place, and legally described as provided and follows, to
wit:
See attached Exhibit "A".
as an M-1 Light Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
an R-4 Multi -Family Residence District in order to allow the owner to construct
multiple family residential apartments on the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an R-4 Multi -Family
Residence District.
Passed and Adopted this 6th day of December , 2004, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
