A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM M-2 TO R-1 ONE -FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 474 South
Round Barn Road, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A".
as an M-2 General Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
an R-1 One -Family Residence District in order to allow the owner to construct a
single family residential subdivision on the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an R-1 One -Family
Residence District.
Passed and Adopted this 6th day of December , 2004, by the Common
Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
