A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM M-1 TO A SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 923 N "E"
Street, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A."
as an M-1 Light Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use space as an assembly hall
for events such as parties, receptions, reunions, etc.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 4th day of January, 2005, by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana.
