Home My Public Portal About108-2004 - Contribution - Mayor's OfficeORDINANCE NO. 108-2004 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RICHMOND TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS WHEREAS, the City of Richmond, Indiana, has the option of accepting or rejecting contributions for a specific purpose; and WHEREAS, the acceptance of contributions for a specific purpose constitutes the appropriation of such contributions for the intended purpose; and. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana as follows: 1. The City of Richmond on behalf of the Mayor is hereby authorized to receive contributions. 2. Said contributions shall be used to pay the costs of the South Central Mayor's Round Table Meeting that was held in Richmond on November 18, 2004 3. The City of Richmond on behalf of the Mayor is authorized to receive contributions in an amount up to Nine Hundred Twenty-one Dollars and Twenty- four Cents ($921.24) from the following vendors for the costs of the South Central Mayor's Round Table Meeting that was held in Richmond on November 18, 2004. a.
