Yr. Logan. called attention that Tyr. A. P. Solomon Jr. had objected to

Mr. Cann asked wily it was t,e service ,charge or tapping fee of 315.00,

The Mayor SU,v'ested that as to the pa.raL,ra.')h on rules and regulations

The matter of rating to be charged as embodied in exihibit "3" of the
fra.n,c'haise was adopted, subjected to rules (9) being adopted between
Yr. Cann and Mr. Solomon Jr.
T. Rogers warned a new section to -cover the old 1'ranchatse that is that
