RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTERIM MASTER PLAN OF
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park
District does resolve to adopt, as an interim Master Plan
of the District, the Open Space element of the General
Plan of Santa Clara County as adopted May 30, 1974, by the
Board of Supervisors, except that the property of Kaiser-
Permanente and vacant urban land (map designation white)
outside of the Urban Service Area shall be designated as
Long Term Open Space.

at a regular meeting thereof, by.the following vote:
AYES: Katherine Duffy, Nonette Hanko, William Peters

ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: Daniel Condron, Daniel Wendin
