WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream has an option for
first refusal upon the sale of certain property by the Gulf
Stream Golf Club, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Gulf Stream Golf Club, Inc. has received
an offer to purchase the following described property, to -wit:
That part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Twp. 46 South,
Rge. 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, lying
east of the east right -of -way line of Old Dixie
Highway as now laid out and in use, west of the
west right -of -way line of State Road 5 (U.S. No.
1) as described in Official Record Book 160, page
581, and north of the right -of -way of Gulfstream
Blvd., as described in Official Record Book 944,
page 117;
and
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream does not desire to pur-
chase this property:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM,
in Special session this 26th day of Febr ary, 1971, does hereby
waive its right and option to purchase tr' /� ab've- described pro -
