AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE: ZONE CHANGE CASE NO.15-71
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
as follows: Section 1. That certain property in the City of Carson described
Lot 366 of Tract No. 27522,
is hereby classified and zoned C-1 (Restricted Business) as shown on the C ity of Carson
Zoning Map as hereby amended
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson, as adopted by
Section 9101 of tRe Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classifi-
cation of the area hereinabove described to the zoning classification set forth in this
ordinance and said map shall have noted thereon, "Amended to 5th day of May
1971."
Section 3. Section 9101 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read:
"9101 . Adoption of Zoning Map. That certain Zoning Map on file in
the office of the Director o Community Deve opment in the City Hall of the City of Carson,
existing and in effect on May 7, 1968, and as amended to May 5, 1971,
is hereby adopted as the Zoning Map of the City of Carson."
Section 4. The City Clerk is directed to enter the effective date of
this Ordinance in _tie appropriate spaces in Sections 2 and 3 hereinabove.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of April, 1971 .

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the fore-
going ordinance, being Ordinance No. 71-165, passed first reading on March 15, 1971 ,
1971, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regu ar meeting of
said Council, duly and regularly held on the 5th day of April, 1971 , and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Junk, Leahy, Marbut, Spence and Smith.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
