AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON ADDING
CERTAIN PARKING REGULATIONS, AND AMENDING
THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE AND THE CARSON
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I . The Traffic Ordinance and the Carson Municipal Code are
hereby amendedTy a—dding Section 3208 to the Carson Municipal Code to read:
3208. Amendment to Traffic Ordinance - Parking of Trailers. Notwithstanding
the provisions oT3ection 3200 of the Carson Municipal Code, the Traffic Ordinance of the City
of Carson, being Ordinance No. 6544 of the County of Los Angeles, is hereby amended by adding
a Section 3205.7 to read as follows:
Section 3205.7. Parking of Detached Trailers Prohibited. A person shall
not park any commercial emi-trai er or commercial trailer on any ig way, street or alley in
the City unless such semi-trailer or trailer is, at all times while so parked, attached to a
truck or tractor capable of moving such semi-trailer or trailer in a normal manner upon the
public streets and highways.

that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
ordihance, being Ordinance No. 72-231, passed first reading on July 17, 1972
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 7th day of August, 1972 , and that the
some was so passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Smith, Yamamoto and Marbut.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
