AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PRO-
JECT AREA NO. 1 IN THE CITY OF CARSON
WHEREAS, a joint public hearing has been duly held by the City Council of
the City of Carson and the Carson Redevelopment Agency, pursuant to Article 12 of the
Health and Safety Code of the State of California, to consider an amendment to the Re-
development Plan for Project Area No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determined in Resolution No.
72-219 that the deletion of that property described as Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 231: 24
and 25 of Tract No. 4054 from the boundaries of the Redevelopment Plan for Project Area
No. 1 of the Carson Redevelopment Agency as adopted in Ordinance No. 71-205, will
not have an adverse effect on the City's General Plan or upon the Redevelopment Plan for
Project Area No. 1 .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carson does ordain
as follows:
Section I . The Redevelopment Plan for Project Area No. 1 of the
Carson Redevelopment Agency is hereby amended by deleting from the boundaries of said
Project Area No. 1 that property described as:
Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 of Tract No. 4054.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of January 1973.

that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 73-252, passed first reading on
January 2, 1973 ' , was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of
said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 15th day
of January, 1973 and that the some was so passed and adoptec(9yytTe
following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Colas, Smith, Yamamoto and Marbut.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
