AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE PERMITTING MORTUARIES IN
THE C-1 ZONE SUBJECT TO OBTAINING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance and the Carson Municipal Code are
hereby amended by adding Section 9134 to the Carson Municipal Code to read:
Section 9134. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9100, the
Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by adding Section 254(c) (12.5) to
read:
SECTION 254. ZONE C-1 REGULATIONS (RESTRICTED BUSINESS)
'(c) (12.5) Mortuary
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1973

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 73-256, passed first reading on
February 20, 1973, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City
at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on thel2th day of March
1973, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
