AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 28-72).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That certain property in the City of Carson described as follows:
Lots Nos. 1 to 14 of Block A, Lot Nos. 1 to 17 of Block B
and Lot Nos. 1 to 9 of Block D of Tract No. 8245 recorded
in Book 93, pages 36 to 38; and Lot No. 1 of Tract No.
5927 recorded in Book 64, page 58; and portions of Shearer
Avenue, Jamison Avenue and Torrance Boulevard (208th
Street) as vacated, Official Records of Los Angeles County;
is hereby classified and zoned RPD (Residential Planned Development).
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section
9101 of the Carson M unicipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classification of
the property hereinabove described to RPD and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended
to _ March 12 , 1973".
Section 4. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this
Ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is that
the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 73-257, passed first reading on
February 20, 1973, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at
a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 12th day of March
1973, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the followingroTT call vote:
