AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING THE
ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTYAND AMENDING THE CARSON
MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 36-73)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I . That certain property in the City of Carson described as follows:
Parcel 1, of Tract No. 3813, recorded in Book 46, page 46,
of maps, Official Records of Los Angeles County
is hereby classified and zoned CPD (Commercial Planned Development).
Section. 2. The zoning map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section 9101
of the Carson MUnicipa Code is hereby amended by changing the classification of the property
hereinabove described to CPD and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to January 21 ,
1974."
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this
Ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January 1974.

I, Morris B. Vance, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole niymber of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 74-283, passed first reading on January 7, 1974,
was duly and reguarly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of January, 1974, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bridgers, Calas, Marbut, Smith and Yamamoto
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
