AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTYAND AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO .
37-73)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That certain property hereinafter described is hereby reclassified
and zoned as fo�ows:
Lot 2, of Tract 26779, recorded in Book 777, Pages 53 to 55, of
Maps, Official Records of Los Angeles County;
is hereby classified and zoned from 9-1 6,000 to R-2 10,000.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Carson adopted by Section 9101
of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classification of the
property hereinabove described to 8-2 10,000 and said map shall have noted thereon
"Amended to A pri l 21 , 1975 .11
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this
Ordinance in tFe—t appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.

I, Morris B. Vance, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the
foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance 74-292, passed first reading on February 4, 1974,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regu ar meeting o said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of April, 1975 , and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the roll -c-all vote:
