AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
PERTAINING TO FEES FOR DOG LICENSE TAGS
AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I . The Carson Municipal Code is amended by adding
Section 3302 to read:
3302 Spayed or Neutered Dogs; Reduction In Fee
Notw%t hstanding the provisions of Section 3300 of the Carson
Municipal Code, whenever dog license tags are issued and not
covered by Section 410 of Ordinance No. 4729 of the County of
Los Angeles as amended and in effect on January I, 1972, any such
tag shall be issued for one-half of the fee required for a dog,
if a certificate is presented from a licensed veterinarian that such
dog has been spayed or neutered. j
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of
July 1974.

City is five; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 74-312,
passed first reading on June 17, 1974 , was duly and reg-
ularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council,
duly and regularly held on the 1st day of July, 1974 , and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
