AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
REGULATING RADIO CONTROLLED AIRPLANES
AND LANDING SITES AND AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 9100 of Chapter 1 of Article IX of the Carson
Municipal Code is amended by adding Section 9144 to read:
9144. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9100,
the Carson Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by adding subsection
(25) to Section 501(d) to read:
"(25) Radio Controlled Airplanes and Landing
Sites."
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November 1975.
