AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING
THE ZONE OF ALL CR (COMMERCIAL, REGIONAL
CENTER) ZONED PROPERTY TO THE CR-D (COMMERCIAL,
REGIONAL CENTER - DESIGN OVERLAY) ZONE AND
AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That all CR (Commercial, Regional Center.) zoned
property in the City of Carson is hereby classified and zoned to the
CR-D (Commercial, Regional Center - Design Overlay) zoned district.
SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson as adopted
by Sectionof the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by
changing the classification of all CR zoned property in the City of
Carson to CR-D and said Map shall have noted thereon "Amended to
June 5 , 1978. "
SECTION 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of
adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of
June 1978.

I , Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 78-439,
passed first reading on May 15, 1978, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council , duly and
regularly held on the 5th day of June , 1978, and that the same
was passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members: Bridgers, Marbut, Smith, Calas and Yamamoto
NOES: Council Members: None
ABSENT: Council Members: None
