AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO TEMPORARY
RETAIL SALES OF CHRISTMAS TREES AND PUMPKINS
' AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Section 9131 .1 of Division 1, Part 3,
Chapter 1, Artic eIX s amended by adding Christmas tree sales
and pumpkin sales to the temporary uses permitted by said section
to read as follows :

Pumpkin sales X X X
Section 2 . Section 9151 .1 of Division 1, Part 5 ,
Chapter 1, Article IX is amended by adding pumpkin sales to the
temporary uses permitted by such section to read as follows :
