AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING
TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM GUEST PARKING
AND AMENDING T HE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9162.21 (A) (4) of Division 2, Part 6,
Chapter 1, Article 1X— of tT a Carson Municipal Code is amended to read:
4. Condominium 2 spaces within a garage for each dwelling
unit. In addition, 1 guest parking space
for each 2 dwelling units.
Section 2. The second paragraph of the Off-street Parking
subsection of Section 9128.15 of Division 8, Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the
Carson Municipal Code is amended to read:
Spaces Designated for Visitors. In addition to the above requirement,
there sUTl be at least one Visitor parking space for each 2 condominium
units within the project. A fractional requirement equal to, or greater
than, one-half of a visitor parking space shall be interpreted as a re-
quirement for one visitor parking space.
