HomeMy Public PortalAbout79-472 ORDINANCE NO. 79-472 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON ADDING THE ORL (ORGANIC REFUSE LANDFILL) OVERLAY DESIGNATION TO THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. The ORL (Organic Refuse Landfill) overlay designation is hereby added to the existing zoning classifications of those certain properties described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section 9114. 1 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding the ORL (Organic Refuse Landfill) overlay designation to the existing zoning classifications of those certain properties described in Exhibit "A" and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to June 18, 1979." Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 118A, day of June, 1979.
