' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING
TO BUSINESS SIGNS AND AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 9136 .7 (B) (2) of Division 6,
Part 3, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Carson Municipal Code
and Section 9146 .7 (B) (2) of Division 6, Part 4 , Chapter 1,
Article IX of the Carson Municipal Code are hereby amended
to read:
2 . When the total frontage of a lot is less than
the square root of the lot' s area, said frontage shall be
deemed to be equal to the square root of the lot' s area for
the purpose of determining the permitted sign area.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of
JUNE 1979 .
