AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
' CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL
CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 65-79)
THE CIT`.t COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain property in the City of
Carson, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby
classified and zoned to the RS (Residential, Single-Family)
zoned district.
Section 2 . That certain property in the City of
Carson, described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, is hereby
classified and zoned to the OS (Open Space) zoned district.
Section 3 . The Zoning Map of the City of Carson
as adopted by Section 9114 . 1 of the Carson Municipal Code
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the prop-
erty described in Exhibit "A" to RS and said Map shall have
noted thereon "Amended to 1979 . "
Section 4 . The Zoning Map of the City of Carson
' as adopted by Section 9114 . 1 of the Carson Municipal Code
is hereby amended by changing the classification of the prop-
erty described in Exhibit "B" to OS and said Map shall have
noted thereon "Amended to June 18 , 1979 . "
Section 5 . The City Clerk is directed to enter
the date of adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate
spaces in Sections 3 and 4 hereinabove.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of
June 1979.

going ordinance, being Ordinance No. 79-476, passed first reading on June 6, 1979, was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly
and regularly held on the 18th day of June, 1979, and that the same was passed and adopted by
the following roll call vote:
