HomeMy Public PortalAbout79-499 ORDINANCE NO. 79-499 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED OUTSIDE THE CITY AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : (' Section 1 . That certain property located outside the City of Carson, described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby prezoned to the MH (Manufacturing, Heavy) zoned district. Section 2. That certain property located outside the City of Carson, described in Exhibit B attached hereto, is hereby prezoned to the CG-D (Commercial , General-Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 3 . That certain property located outside the City of Carson, described in Exhibit C attached hereto, is hereby prezoned to the CC-D (Commercial , General-Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 4 . That certain property located outside the City of Carson, described in Exhibit D attached hereto, is hereby prezoned to the CG-D (Commercial , General-Design Overlay) zoned district. i Section 5 . That certain property located outside the City of Carson, described in Exhibit E attached hereto, is hereby prezoned to the MH (Manufacturing, Heavy) zoned district. Section 6 . The Zoning Map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section 9114 . 1 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by prezoning the property described in Exhibits A - E as is indicated in Sections 1 - 5 hereof, and j said Map shall have noted thereon for each of the aforesaid properties, "Amended to Section 7. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 6 hereinabove.
