An Ordinance Amending Section 8 -76
of the Greencastle City Code
BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City
of Greencastle, Indiana, that Section 8 -76a of the Greencastle
City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
•
a. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, the combined
weight of which load and vehicle, including the driver, is more
than eight thousand (8,000) pounds to be driven on the following
streets:

Berry Street
Jackson Street
Maple Street
Hanna Street
Jackson Street
Bloomington Street
Seminary Street
Jackson Street
Bloomington Street
Primrose Lane
US 231 South
Woodhaven Drive
Woodhaven Drive
Primrose Lane
South Street
South Street
Woodhaven Drive
Zinc Mill Road
This prohibition shall not apply to local deliveries.
All other Subsections of Section 8 -76 shall remain in full
force and effect, unchanged.
