HomeMy Public PortalAbout81-551 ORDINANCE NO. 81-551 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE ( ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 73-80) . Section 1. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the OS (Open Space) zoned district. Section 2. The zone' of that certain property, described in Exhibit B attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the OS (Open Space) zoned district. Section 3. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit C attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the OS (Open Space) zoned district. Section 4 . The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit D attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the RM-25-D (Residential, Multiple Dwelling - 25 Units Per Net Acre - Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 5. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit E attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the RS (Residential, Single-Family) zoned district. Section 6 . The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit F' attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the RM-25-D (Residential, Multiple Dwelling - 25 Units Per Net Acre - Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 7. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit G attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the RS (Residential, Single-Family) zoned district. Section 8. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit H attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the CG-D (Commercial, General - Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 9 . The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit I attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned' to the R5 (Residential, Single Family) zoned district. Section 10. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit J attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the OS (Open Space) zoned district. Section 11. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit L attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the ML-D (Manufacturing, Light - Design Overlay) zoned district. Secton 13. The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit M attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the CG (Commercial , General ) zoned district. Section 14 . The zone of that certain property, described in Exhibit N attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned to the CG-D (ComamerCial, General - Design Overlay) zoned district. Section 15. The zoning map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section 9114.1 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classification of the property described in Sections 1, 2 , 3 and 10 to OS; the property described in Sections 5 , 7 and 9 to RS; the properties described in Sections 4 and 6 to RM-25-D; the property described in Section_ 13 to CG; the property described in Sections 8 and 14 to CG-D; the property described in Section 12 to MT -D and the property described in Section 11 to MH. Said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to February 2 , 1981 . " Section 16 .
