AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
REPEALING CERTAIN CONFLICT OF
INTEREST PROVISIONS AND AMENDING
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
CARSON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Chapter 2 . 5 (Conflict of Interest) of
Article II of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of
February 1981 .

is four; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 81-555 passed first
reading on February 2, lg%l was duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council , duly and regularly held
on the 17th day of February, 1981 and that the same was passed and
adopted by the following roll call vote:
