A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF WINTER PARK FOR THE FRASER WINTER PARK
POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Amendment to the Law
Enforcement Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Winter Park.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
