Smith Bud Schmidt Wild -Wolfe oil Lease: The Committee further discussed the proposed lease. A suggestion to relocate the facility to the S.E. corner of the airport property was considered. Staff reported, after consultation with the engineers, that this could be accommodated by the new ALP without requiring an amendment and FAA approval. Site development costs for the project would include road, power, water and sewer. Mike Dorris requested that, in addition to the Wild -Wolfe facility, adjacent land be reserved in the event an existing FBO wishes to install its own fuel storage facility. After discussion, Mr. Colburn moved to explore the S.E. location for the fuel dump, indicating this was an acceptable location for additional tanks guaranteeing that the existing FBO's would have first right of refusal for additional tankage at the location. Mr. Fereday seconded and the motion carried. Mr. Colburn then moved to withdraw the previous recommendation for locating the Wild -Wolfe lease on the N.W. corner of the airport. Mr. Williams seconded and the motion carried. The Committee then asked staff to provide cost estimates for the site development elements required. A special meeting for Monday, March 19th, 7:00 a.m. at the Pancake House was set to further consider this matter in light of the airport layout plan, costs and other considerations. Respectfully Submitted, /6 ARTHUR J / SCHMIDT Airport Manager
