Chairperson Naill called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda: Minutes of November 2, 2011
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to
approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 4 -0.
3. Open Forum:
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a. Meet Planning Commission candidates
TP Trotter gave a brief outline of what the role of a Planning Commissioner is.
b. Resolution 2012 -1 -01, recommending approval of the amended Subdivision
Regulations for the Town of Fraser
TP Trotter outlined the changes to the Subdivision Regulations that were included in the
packet. The Town Board on January 18 requested some changes be made.
Commissioner Soles moved, and Commissioner Shapiro seconded the motion to
approve Resolution 2012 -1 -01, recommending approval of the amended Subdivision
Regulations for the Town of Fraser. Motion carried: 4 -0.
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: -0. Meeting adjourned at 8:13 p.m.
