AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE CONCERNING APPEAL
PROCEDURES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Section 9173 . 4B of Division
3 , Part 7 , Chapter 1, Article IX, relating to appeal
procedures is hereby amended to read:
The item which formerly read:
"l . An appeal may be filed by any
person. "
is amended to read:
"1 . An appeal may be filed by any
person, including any member of the City Council
or the City Administrator. "
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this
21st day of August, 1984 .
