AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING
THE CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE
NO. 86-88)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN:
Section 1. That certain property in the City of
Carson described in Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby classi-
fied and zoned from RA (Residential-Agriculture) to CR-D (Com-
mercial Regional-Design Review) Zoned District.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson as
adopted by Section 9114.1 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby
amended by changing the classification of the property referred to
in Section 1 to CR-D and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended
to May 19 , 1986 .
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the
date of adoption of this ordinance in the appropriate space in
Section 2 hereinabove.

of said City is five; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No.86-734
passed first reading on 21st day of April 1986 , was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the j5th' 'day of May
1986, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following roll call
vote:

Those portions of Lots 2 and 3, Tract No. 4054 in the Cit) of
Carson, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown
on map recorded in Book 44, pages 39 to 41, inclusive, of Maps,
in the office of the Registrar-Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles, within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of said Lot 3, south-
arly thereon 132 feet from the northerly line of said Lot 3,
thence southerly along said westerly line 7.50 feet to the
southerly line of the northerly 139.50 feet of said Lot 3;
thence southwesterly along a curve concave to southeast, having
a radius of 32.50 feet, tangent to said southerly line and tan-
gent to the wester--Y line t:f the eaai-eriy 32.50 feet of said
Lot 2, to said last mentioned westerly line; thence southerly
thereon to the southerly line of the northerly 372 feet or said
Lot 2; thence easterly along said last mentioned southerly lira
