AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 80-533 GRANTING A PIPELINE
FRANCHISE TO WATSON ENERGY FACILITY #1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Ordinance No. 80-533 is hereby repealed in
its entirety.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the pas-
sage and adoption of this Ordinance; shall make a minute of the
passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings
of the City Council of said City and in the minutes of the
meeting at which the same is passed and adopted; and shall
cause the same to be posted (or published) within the corporate
limits of said City within the time and manner as prescribed by
law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of
June 1986 .
