AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER 9
( SPUR TRACK FRANCHISES)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 6907 of Part II, Chapter 9f
Article VI of the Carson Municipal Code is amended by adding
Subsection c thereto to read:
"c. Delinquency Date and Penalty for Non-Payment.
All annual fees (base annual fee and any adjust-
ments) shall be due and payable on January lst of
each calendar year . If any annual fee is not
paid on or before the last day of February of the
year in which due, there shall, on March 1st,
attach a penalty of one hundred percent (100 ) of
the total annual fee. "

August , 1986 .

five; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 86-750 passed first reading
on August 4, 1986, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City
at a regular meeting of said Council , duly and regularly held on the 18th day, of
August 19 86 , and 'that the same was passed and adopted by the following
roll call vote:
