AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 78-453 GRANTING
A PIPELINE FRANCHISE TO SOHIO
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA
THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 78-453 is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this Ordinance; shall make a minute
of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the
proceedings of the City Council of said City and in the
minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and
adopted; and shall cause the same to be posted (or published)
within the corporate limits of said City within the time and
manner as prescribed by law.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
four; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 87-781 passed first reading
on January 26, 1987, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 2nd day
of February, 1987, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following roll
call vote:
