AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING THE
ZONING DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE
CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 103-87)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That certain property in the City of Carson described in Exhibit
A attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned from the ML-D (Manufacturing, Light-Design
Overlay Review) and CG-D (Commercial, General-Design Overlay Review) to entirely
CG-D (Commercial, General-Design Overlay Review) zoned district.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson as adopted by Section
9114.1 of the Carson Municipal Code is hereby amended by changing the classification
of the property referred to in Section 1 to CG-D (Commercial, General-Design Overlay
Review) and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to July 9 1988.°
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the effective date of
this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 hereinabove.

an adjourned regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th
day, of June, 1988, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following roll
call vote:
