AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARSON CHANGING THE ZONING
DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AND AMENDING THE CARSON
MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. 111-90)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain property in the City of Carson described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto is hereby classified and zoned from the MH (Manufacturing, Heavy)
to the ML (Manufacturing, Light) zoned district.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Carson, as adopted by Section
9114.1 of the Carson Municipal Code, is hereby amended by changing the classification
of the property referred to in Section 1 to ML-D (Manufacturing, Light - Design Overlay
Review) and said map shall have noted thereon "Amended to December 11 , 1990".
Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to enter the date of adoption of
this ordinance in the appropriate space in Section 2 herein above.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is
five; that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 90-927 passed first reading on
November 20, 1990, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a
regular meeting of said Council , duly and regularly held on the 11th day of
December, 1990, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following roll call
vote:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that real oronart- in the City of Carson, County of Los
Angeles, State of t:alitornia, within the following described
boundaries:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1, Parcel Map
No. 3803, as shown on map filed in Book 109, pages 29 and 30,
of Parcel Maps, in the office of the Registrar-Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles; thence southerly along the
easterly line of said Parcel 1 and the southerly prolongation
thereof 2089.54 feet to the northerly line of the San Diego
Freeway, as it existed on November 3, 1989; thence westerly
along said northerly line, in all its various couses, to the
easterly line of Wilmington Avenue, 100 feet wide, as it
existed on said datei thence northerly along said last
mentioned easterly line to the beginning of a curve concave
to the southeast, having a radius of 25 feet, tangent to said
last mentioned easterly line and tangent to the southerly
line of Carson Street, 100 feet wide, as it existed on said
date; thence northeasterly along said curve 31.12 feet to the
end of same; thence easterly ,Ions said southerly line of
Carson Street to the point of beginning.
