AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE
REGULAR MEETING TIME OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Carson does hereby
ordain:
Section I. Section 2703 of Article II, Chapter 7 of
the Carson Municipal Code is amended to read:
102703 . Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the
Planning Commission shall be held on the second and
fourth Tuesdays of each calendar month, at the hour
of 6: 30 p.m. , or on the next succeeding day which is
not a holiday. Regular meetings may be adjourned by
public announcement to a specified date, and any
such adjourned meeting shall be deemed a regular
meeting. Said meeting dates may be changed by
resolution adopted by the Planning Commission and
approved by the City Council. ,,

that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
ordinance, being Ordinance No. 91-947 passed first reading on August 6
1991, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 24th day of August 1991,
and that the same was passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
