An Ordinance of the City of Carson Amending Section
9173.22(D)(2)(a)of the Carson Municipal Code Reducing the
Minimum Size Public Hearing Notice Published in
Newspapers of General Circulation.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Article. IX, Chapter 1, Part 7 - Procedures, Division 3, Section
9173.22(D)(2)(a) of the Carson Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
"By placing a display advertisement of at least 1/8 page in a newspaper of general
circulation published nearest to the City of Carson; or"
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS3rdDAY OF June ,1992.

that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
ordinance, being Ordinance No. 92-976 passed first reading on May 19, 1992, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 3rd day of June 1992, and that the same
was passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Calas, Fajardo, Muise-Perez, McDonald, and Mitoma
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
