RESOLUTION NO.74-13
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT,
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES THERETO ON BEHALF OF THE DISTRICT,
AUTHORIZING OFFICER TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
OF GRANT TO DISTRICT, AND AUTHORIZING GENERAL MANAGER TO
EXECUTE ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS IN ESCROW NECESSARY OR
APPROPRIATE TO CLOSING OF THE TRANSACTION (BLAIR PROPERTY)
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Park Dis-
trict does resolve as follows:
Section 1. That certain purchase agreement date June
4, 1974, wherein Millard F. Blair agrees to grant certain pro-
perty described therein to the Midpeninsula Regional Park Dis-
trict is hereby approved and the appropriate officers shall
execute the same in the manner provided by Section 5544.2 of the
Public Resources Code of the State of California.
Section 2. The General Manager of the District is
authorized to execute the appropriate certificate of acceptance
of any grant to District pursuant to said agreement.
Section 3. The General Manager of the District is
authorized to execute any and all other documents in escrow neces-
sary or appropriate to the closing of the transaction.

June 12,
at a regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:

I, the Secretary of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District,
hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolu-
tion duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the District by the
above vote at a meeting thereof duly held and called on the above
